Adobe Software Access

CWU provides three options for accessing the Adobe Creative Cloud suite of products.

  1. Physical campus lab computers - Available to Enrolled Students.
  2. Limited licenses (funded by Student Technology Fee) for students to use on personal (non-CWU) computers -- Available by request for Students
  3. CWU owned/tagged PC and MAC computers have access to a creative cloud license - Available by request for Faculty, Staff, and Student position accounts

Submit your Adobe request at this link: Desktop Software Request


Step 1. Once you have been assigned a license for Adobe via the Desktop Software Request link:

  • On personal computers in your browser application launch Adobe.comContinue to Step 2.
  • On CWU-tagged Mac computers in your browser application launch Adobe.com  Continue to Step 2.
  • On CWU-tagged Windows computers search in your list of applications for Adobe Creative Cloud. If the application isn't installed then launch Software Center and install the "Adobe Creative Cloud for Faculty/Staff/Position Accts" application. Once the application is installed, launch it and continue to Step 2.


Step 2. For both CWU and personal computers, at the Sign in prompt enter @cwu.edu then click on Continue


Step 3. Sign in with your username@cwu.edu (not first.last email) and choose next.

Step 4. Approve or enter code when prompted for Multifactor Authentication.


Step 5. Once successfully signed in to the Creative Cloud website, browse for and download your desired app. Click Apps on the top or left side of the page to view all apps.
