Guest Account Access Request

Description/What is it?

Faculty and Staff can request a guest account for up to 2 weeks. One or multiple guest accounts can be created in one request and can provide access to CWU Wildcats Wi-Fi network only or "standard" user access to CWU domain joined computers , i.e. computer labs, conference rooms, and presentation venues.

Who can use it?

CWU Faculty and Staff can request this service.

How to request this service?

This service is requested through the Service Desk. Requests can be made by clicking the Request button to the right.

How the process works?

This is an automated form. Within 15 minutes of submission (depending on the size of the group submitted), the requester will receive an email to their CWU email account, with the following information 

FirstName

LastName

Account

Expiration

Password

First name submitted for access  

 Last name submitted for access  

Guest####. This will be the username they enter to gain access. 

 1day, 1 week, 2 weeks - date and time listed.  

 The password the user will use to access CWU Wildcat Wi-Fi
